What is temperature profiling?
The DATAPAQ Kiln Tracker System comprises a data logger, a protective thermal barrier, thermocouples which attach directly onto your product, and Kiln Tracker Software.
The system can go directly through a roller hearth kiln, or will travel
beneth the kiln car in a tunnel kiln. It collects precise temperature data
from the whole firing cycle, and is protected from the extreme heat by a
robust thermal barrier. The stored data can then be analysed using Datapaq's
easy-to-use software.

DATAPAQ Data Loggers allow you to choose your own sampling rate. You can decide when to begin monitoring – push the button, or choose a time or temperature trigger. The Thermal Barrier, made from high grade stainless steel, is designed to protect the Logger from the harsh environment inside the kiln. The Barrier uses phased evaporation cooling technology to provide maximum thermal duration, with the minimum height and weight required to fit into the tight space under the kiln car.
