A Datapaq Reflow Tracker System comprises a programmable data logger; a
thermal barrier, constructed from high efficiency insulation enclosed
in stainless steel; thermocouples to attach to the product; and Insight
analysis software. One option includes a powerful radio frequency telemetry
unit for real-time monitoring of the process.
The system travels through your oven, collecting precise temperature information
for the whole process. The stored data can then be analysed with Insight
Software, ensuring that you get the information you need to optimise your
thermal profiles. With Insight software, traditional temperature profiling
has never been so straight forward.
